Supporting Emerging Therapists with Insight, Integrity, and Intention
Clinical Supervision
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in Seattle and a Washington State approved Supervisor, offering clinical supervision to LMFTAs, LMHCAs, and LICSWAs in Washington State.
My approach to supervision is grounded in relational ethics, clinical rigor, and a deep respect for your unique voice as a developing clinician.
Whether you're working toward licensure or seeking ongoing support in your professional growth, I provide a collaborative space to deepen your clinical insight, explore countertransference, and build confidence in your therapeutic identity.
Who I Supervise
I provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians who are:
Looking to deepen their clinical skills in working with individuals, couples, or families
Navigating their early career in agency work, private practice, or group practice settings
Committed to anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and relational approaches
Seeking mentorship that includes both clinical guidance and professional development
Exploring or building a niche in sex therapy or perinatal mental health
In Supervision with Me, I Aim to Help You:
Strengthen your clinical competency through case consultation and collaborative dialogue
Navigate and fulfill licensure requirements confidently and ethically
Explore work settings that align with your values and lifestyle — be it agency, group practice, or solo private practice
Understand the logistics of joining or starting a private or group practice
Gain foundational knowledge in business, marketing, and practice-building as a therapist
Reflect on your therapist identity and integrate personal growth with professional development
Supervision Rates:
$150 for individual supervision (1 hour)
$100 for dyadic supervision (1 hour)
$60 for group supervision (1.5 hours; 3-4 participants)
My Background in Sex Therapy & Perinatal Mental Health
I bring specialized training in both sex therapy and perinatal mental health and am passionate about supporting therapists interested in these areas.
These fields often intersect in meaningful ways — for example, exploring how identity, intimacy, and relational dynamics shift during pregnancy, postpartum, or fertility journeys. If you're interested in working with:
Couples navigating intimacy concerns
Individuals exploring sexual identity or healing
Clients in pregnancy, postpartum, or early parenting
Themes of desire, body image, attachment, and transition
…I can be a resource and guide in helping you build competency and confidence in this work.
